Pros
You don't feel like doing anything or learning anything. You love an envorinment where nepotism rules. If you have health or family problems, it's a good place; they will give you all the time off you need.
Cons
Nepotism, disrespect for staff, very s-l-o-w. Very limited opportunities for training. If you have a serious illness, they will keep you, but you'll never have an opportunity for anything but drone work. If someone in your family dies, think twice about taking time off for the funeral, unless it's a child or young person.
