      Pros

      Wonderful brand. Lots of opportunity to make a positive difference. Good place for entry level folks to get a start in their career. Certainly not all areas are as bad as some posts on this site make it seem. That's for sure. Many talented folks exist throughout the organization, even though they may not be in the leadership roles needed to make the most impact, they still can have a strong effect. Strong committment to volunteering.

      Cons

      Environment is ridiculously complex for a company this size, so challenges/opportunities are endless. Company tries to do too much at once, sometimes with unrealistic timeframes for proper results. Isn't that most companies though?

      Pros

      There is a nurturing environment for the most part, and employee development is available. Employee morale is important to leadership. There is a great deal of opportunity to advance there also due to significant growth.

      Cons

      Some critical decisions from leadership have proven to be amateurish. The company has a long way to go in figuring out processes that work to be competitive and sustain its level of growth.

      AAA genuinely seems to care about Members and employees There are opportunities to make a real difference at a growing company Reasonable pay in a great location in the East Bay

      Cons

      Infrastructure needs work and better integration to function smoothly Business processes are convoluted and need improvement More discipline/execution/follow-through
