Pros

Noida Campus is good , relaxed work , quality of work is not so great so if you do not want to push your brain this is the company to work for

Cons

It is hard to get noticed and do some work which adds value , opportunities would go to people close to managers , but you can sit on your desk and grow old have kids , marry them and retire from the same desk doing the same job .

Immediate manager a great guy; but just a sycophant at heart.

Cons

Kisses their clients' butt and will nail you to the cross, upside down if need be to appease their client; you are irrelevant and not their concern -- holding on to their client is their concern -- you are fodder; grist for the mill, or whatever. Your days are always numbered there; don't drop your guard. Trust no one and take no one into your confidence. They are not your friends.
