      Ups and downs.

      Pros

      Attractive salary for new hires. Fast way to gain experience. Multicultural, multi-geographical.

      Cons

      Does not value employees. Not organized, each country/account is small company with no global standards, tools and management. Huge amount of work, with overtime. No work-life balance.

      Pros

      This is a process driven organization. With recent transformation, there's a lot of learning and growth. Annual appraisals are good if you are a top performer. CSC University and learning place is a great resource to enhance skills.

      Cons

      Hikes are only limited to annual appraisals. If you get a promotions in your role, your package doesn't get revised in proportion to the new role. This is specific to CSC India. So, if you get a promotion from a Lead to a Manager or likewise , your salary will still be hiked as per appraisal. There is no package normalization to put you in a salary range for a manager.
