      Improving, but could do better

      Pros

      Forward looking IT services company with interesting work and a lot of opportunities to develop your career. Training and certification is valued and promoted within the business.

      Cons

      Too many redundancy rounds and not enough job security. Too hard to get a pay rise, incrementals are non-existent and even when scoring the highest possible on annual reviews the merit increases are pitiful.

      Pros

      Good company to work for. One of the leaders in the IT industry and a Fortune 500 company. Lots of potential if certain chances are made, specially in the compensation system.

      Cons

      One of the biggest issue is the Compensation System the company follows. Compensation offered are really on the lower end compared to market value.
