Pros
One of the few companies that was still offering a pension plan. Education, health, life, and many other great benefits. Company has positions worldwide.
Cons
For my section pay seemed to be relatively low compared to other companies in similar fields. They offered low base pay and offset with uplifts which are always unpredictable.
