      Good benefits, dental, medical, tuition reimbursement. You can also handle multiple accounts within the company. If you know someone from the management then you can be promoted

      No increase for couple of years. stressful depending on the account. Basically your IT knowledge is not needed since you are acting as a secretary and pass on the information to second level in india or KL
