CSC IT Project Manager reviews

Everything else. Seriously, this company is a joke in regards to respect, expectations, incentivization, and work/life balance. I have consistently been rated the highest rating year after year, been constantly promoted way beyond my age range. However, each small raise is fought for tooth and nail and mostly through politics (most of my colleagues have had ZERO raises in 4 years). How do they award an overachiever with top ratings year after year? 2% raise. You are expected to work 80 hr min weeks with zero appreciation either in words or salary. If you own stock or are in Business Development, Executive Management, or Sales, then this company is for you (as they actually respect those positions). Anything else? Expect to be used, abused, and burnt out, at which point they will just bring in someone else (if you quit) and do the same thing to them.

CSC is a large corporation with their share of bureaucracy. Sometimes different company departments compete with each other.
