      • Ability to work independently & manage workload • Good management team around my role

      Cons

      • Company so huge that it's difficult to move around •Lots of redundancies throughout the 5 years I was at the company

      A few good people to learn from Large internal collateral available on services & clients, education Flex benefits

      Cons

      Bonused managers stress employees to go the extra mile whilst awarding themselves pay increases and the rest get NIL. You're just a number, to be used & abused (definitely). Concerns, complaints, grievances taken to HR are *not* addressed.
