No variable Component, decent salary structure with perks like car loan and computer loan..

Cons

CSC is lacking behind in winning new projects...I was in SAP so it is from SAP practice perspective...even big accounts are now closing and the only big project is Internal. Lots of cost cutting, you don't even get a laptop unless it is very much needed for project to work in night...no work from home. Very poor communication by the managers and especially when you are in a location like bangalore no one cares about you. I joined this company thinking of multinational but it is true Indian company.

Experience here laid the groundwork for hard work, long days, and working in the trenches. After stepping out of the company there are a number of opportunities to take your career further.

Cons

Little opportunity for career or salary advancement within the company. If you're looking to change the world or make transformational change, this isn't the place. Others with more experience will expect you to pay your dues, just as they did (an outdated and counterproductive business model). Takes a while to find good, solid, proper management and colleagues.
