Loved my GM and the next two up line managers and we had a great team. All very bright and previously successful in their careers.

Cons

Some of the weakest enterprise Sales leadership I have ever experienced!!! The result was chaos...poor sales led to cuts which led to unfulfilled commitments to clients which led to low customer satisfaction which led to reduced sales which led to more cuts...repeat. Sad.

A job. A great alternative to not having one. If you have choices, this shouldn't be your first, or second, or third. The client is nice too. That smiling face of Lawrie's you see plastered everywhere at CSC - it's him laughing at all the money he'll make in bonuses as gives it to the employees' benefits. Fortunately, I'm far from those guys and it makes this job bearable.

Cons

Constant emails from HQ telling us how a great, wonderful initiative is taking place at the expense of employee benefits. Do your research here and elsewhere about this company. Again, this should not be your first choice.

Great leadership in consulting service organization as well as corporate headquarters. Strategic thinkers who value and encourage employers to provide ideas but also empowering them to execute on the ideas they provide. This leads to great support from the leadership team both on and off field services organization.

Cons

Great leadership, strategic vision, and resources to execute is only good if there are project opportunities. Very limited client portfolio.
