Interesting work, but weak company to work for

Interesting work on a well led team. Good work-life balance. Family atmosphere; everyone is nice and it is not a cut-throat, competitive work environment.

Cons

Poorly led company overall, with way too much mediocrity in management, strategy, vision, and people. (New CEO is the first from outside CSC, so this all may change.)
