Management is transparent. Ample opportunity to learn new products. Onsite rotation is good

there is good work and personal life balance. csc is having flexible office hours, only the concern is, you have to complete 40 billable hours in a week

Cons

no transparency in hikes & promotions. longer you stay less you get better to switch to another company and join again the same project after 6 months with 30 percent hike.
