Projects are at a high level of executive sponsorship. One can learn a lot even if the learning is negative.

Cons

The company is going through a transformation that has caused management to focus away from customers and employees. New hires can expect little to no interest or involvement from their manager (assuming that they know who that is) in their career progression or growth. Do not expect a pay increase, bonus or promotion. This is very sad because it didn't used to be this way. This company is a has-been.

Not Aggressive enough, No longer spending effort on Employee Morale and Growth, Still works on older technologies, Slow it adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
