Employee friendly work enviornment. One is provided with oppurtunity to move across technology and other areas. No micromanagement and there is flexibility to perform

Cons

Salary and benefits can be made better as there are ample oppurtunities available in the India market. More investment can be made on training at managerial and leadership level

Great stable position with lots of opportunity and career paths. Excellent co-workers and team members - relatively low turnover.

Cons

I would say the only downside is that you should be happy with whatever salary you start with because the increases in pay are low or minimal - so start off at a range that you will be happy with for a long time.
