Pros

The best thing so far about working at CSC are the work hours. Granted, I got hired around April 2011. So I don't have a lot of work right now.

Cons

The organization and managment. My first day at work, they have not set up my account, my computer, ..nothing. The whole company where I work at feel very disorganized. The managers are friendly when you speak to them, but they give of this vibe of 'everyone for themself.' Maybe this is just at the facility where i work it.

It is all about utilization with serious lack of long-term perspective

Pros

Easy to work for when you are utilized Good people at the staff level. Very technical mindset.

Cons

Cheap Company working toward being sold. Terrible management and empowered paper pushers. Terrible expenses policies and management. End up not paying travel expenses because of disconnect between practice-level management and administrative VPs. Appraisal process is a joke. Bonuses are driven by corporate statistics. Complete disconnect between Business Units and consulting practices. Lazy BDMs.
