A majority of them are having financial troubles. The other Outsourcers stay away from these clients. CSC has to take them on.

no room for career growth, recognition or promotions. It's a fine place to start but there's no need to linger for years. They under pay incoming graduates and new employees. There are many employees with depth and experience who could be making $20-30k more at another company.
