Pros

Decent pay, work/life balance, new senior management is changing the culture and starting to turn the company around putting more emphasis on the employees.

Cons

Old managment treated employees like numbers. No raises, no training, and mandatory vacations at year end(to get time off their books), and a week furlough. Even with the new changes coming from the top, if you work for outsourcing there is no where to go but sideways.

- Non-Employee friendly managers and HR - Pure Service company mentality. Wont care if you die in client place - as long as you submit your timesheet.
