This company is not for the people who are hardworking,you will only get false commitments .Its best for freshers/people who just wanna enjoy and want to prepare for higher studies, you will get an ample amount of time to do all this.Don't ever try to work hard, you will get nothing. At the end of the appraisal they will only say that we know you are hard working your package was higher than market standards.No variable so don't count variable in your package.Keep an eye on your teammates, what they say and what they do are exactly different.They just want to exploit you.If possible try in a better company.
