      Good culture. Relaxed atmosphere. Work life balance is good. New technologies to work on.

      Cons

      1. It hires people form useless colleges now. Thy end up being non performing assets and a burden to the good performers. That money wasted instead could be given to the performers and help retain talent. 2. Low rise of pay. 3. Enthusiasm is less.
