Pros

Great for visually impaired people - Pittsburgh employees are not allowed to have the blinds open, ever. Great for animal lovers - mouse traps all over the Pittsburgh office location. If you thrived in Junior High, this place is for you - it's Junior High all over again. Great for hearing impaired people - everyone is piled together so you can overhear details of conversations several rows away.

Cons

Communication is inconsistent, nonexistent, or worse, completely contradictory. Decisions seem to be made on the fly - and then not communicated. Constant threat of layoffs and fear based motivation to do anything isn't conducive to a good environment.

Pros

Nothing really good to say, only one thing i came across to know is that If you know how to butter your superior there are chances that you can get 3-6 months of onsite opportunities But that too depends on the project/Account you are working in.They will tell you to complete your visa process and even inform you that on which date you are going to travel but in reality that day/date hardly comes that you will travel.

Cons

The worst work culture and useless Team Leads. They will ruin the career. During hiring and interview they will tell you that you are being hired for this profile and once you join a project they will put you on anything which is completely irrelevent and then they will force you to work on some technology that you have no idea. The reason is they dont get people who has experties in such legacy technology. Training quality is worst. Once you get the idea that you are being forced to work on some rubbish profile but even after numerous requests they wont release you so unfortunately the only option left is to RESIGN and then they will come up with some rubbish bonds that you ever signed and you dont even know about that. The team leads has no people management skill and technical skills is a joke for them. They will never support you. They only want to hear yes for everything. Cab facility is available for people who work in shift but the service and timings are pathetic. Learning opportunity is ZERO. The work culture and management behaviour is so bad that after few months you will start losing your patience and confidence and at the end you will endup frustrated and then it will be difficult to find a job. The managemnt will force you to work on more than 9-10 application of some technology you have never worked so you will never able to concentrate on one technology and finally because of lack of practice you will forget the skills you had because you will hardly get to work and improve that skills. The leads will never help uou and if you ask any help from them they will say that i have more than 10 years of experience so now i am not the once who is responsible for this task so find your own way to complete this coz i need this today EOD. OVERALL MY SUGGESTION IS NEVER EVER JOIN THIS COMPANY.

Pros

Legacy IT brand with some pockets of tenured talent. Global footprint (though becoming disjointed)

Cons

Huge turnover at the top layers, coupled with CEO drive for a transaction (payout), driving organizational culture of instability and paranoia
