They have given me the opportunity to try new roles and my peers were supportive and wonderful, for the most part

Cons

The company does not care about it's employees. They will fire someone with 20 years of experience without a second thought. Also, there is zero training or organization. They will push you to do roles that you are not qualified to do. HR support seems non-existent and people seem to get hired and fired at a ridiculous rate. I had 6 managers in the time span of a year.

sinking fast, poor execution, administrative. Cuts are getting very ugly as management is desperatly trying to make something work

Cons

Lousy management, too worried about the bottom line. Corporate treats you like a number and will lay you off to meet revenue estimates. NO SOUL
