      Great colleagues, flexible work environment

      Cons

      No new big wins, so staff reductions and cost cutting are continual. No raises for multiple years. Mandatory furloughs and specified periods of vacation usage.

      only possible Pro I can think of is the name brand recognition; other people in the industry that you are about to interview with, may recognize the name, then feel sorry for you.

      Cons

      this is the worst place I have ever worked. And I have worked for other Fortune 500 companies. The company is directionless, falling apart, as evidenced by the split into two. The commercial side is abysmal, with contracts being regularly cancelled as cusotmers know the company is useless now. 72% of the people in my immediate group, are gone. Lawrie is only in it for his stock, and is driving the company into the ground.

      Have received a 1% raise over the 6 years that I have been employed Have had no issue in giving the CEO a huge bonus during this span and it appears as if there is no other pay raise this year either
