      Used to be a good company at one point of time

      Cons

      1. Extremely low Employee Morale 2. No Bonuses or Raises 3. Poor Management 4. Don't take care of Clients and/or Employees anymore 5. Focus is only on Selling the commercial business and share holder value

      Pros

      Flexible work hours and management is fairly good. Provide assistance to workers whose jobs are de-funded or eliminated. Overall good place to work.

      Cons

      Few chances for advancement. Favoritism is fairly common. Also, job stability is not good. Most work with Computer Sciences Corporation is contract work and may be defunded at any time.

      Pros

      Great coworkers who really care about their customers. CSC succeeds only because of them. Working remotely is not only an option, it's encouraged. Free coffee or tea in the office.

      Cons

      Advancement potential is almost non-existent. Even with severe staff cuts and a mass exodus, responsibilities are increased, but getting promoted is uncommon. Little bitty pay raises in the US. With 7 years worth of excellent performance reviews, my raises have been: -5%, 2%, 2.5%, 1%, 0%, 0%. Yes, no raises since Laurie took over. Limited training.
