Ethics@csc loudly proclaims a "strict no-retaliation" policy, but that was totally counter to my experience.
Good Benefits are available at a higher personal cost that previously. They rescinded a policy that specified exactly when 1 week of promised vacation had to be taken.
Cons
Attempts to secure a bottom line are causing severe compromises in long term quality. Very high employee turnover both voluntary and involuntary. Employees are just a resource to squeeze.
