      Chaotic leadership, sparse expertise

      Pros

      Coming in, you can get a decent salary and on paper it is a good experience mark. Good work / life separation, VERY easy work.

      Cons

      Very limited expertise throughout the different areas of this company. Old school structure -- hard to advance, lots of red tape. No raises. Yearly matching 401k instead of progressive. A rush to go nowhere - nobody actually wants quality solutions, they just need bodies to fill client SLAs / contract terms. Company about to split, layoffs occurring.

      Flat compensation, eroding benefits, and aimless priorities

      Pros

      There are some smart hard working people but many are leaving.

      Cons

      Compensation has been held flat for 3 years, empty promises made yearly about how it will get better. Each year benefits for North American employees erode. Continual churn in leadership leads to continually changing priorities and direction and the feeling nothing gets accomplished.

      Poor management, employees always come last in any thoughts, poor pay, no training.
