Cons

High stress environment. Depending on the account you find yourself supporting this field can be extremely challenging and demanding. Nobody calls support to say "hey everything works great, good job"

Management can be unethical and look the other way when Managers abuse employees No salary increases for over 4 years, meanwhile CEO is enjoying a seven digit bonus Actions don't align with their stated values
