Pros

Lots of different accounts, support full-time telecommuting on some accounts. Pretty good health plan. Too many Indians.

Cons

Never gives raises, no promotion path for software engineers, cheaps out on everything, recently announced end of earned vacation time (take what you want... if it is approved by manager), now they don't want to pay for a sh|tty flip phone for full time telecommuters, and they NEVER pay network fees either.
