CSC offers good but no increaments as such there after.

Cons

Manager don't know what his engineer is doing. Managers just know to use the employees. CSC encourage employees to leave.

Steady and MNC culture, nice infrastructure. Cab facitily and home drop and pick for most of the shift. Depending on shift you may get flexi time.

Cons

slow groeth and poor pay structure. bad HR policy. cost cutting is implemented every where. Poor sitting .. it looks like helpdesk with no desk space.
