Pros

Good training, good people, good opportunities for advancement. Always have support of management and the company feels more like family that a job.

Cons

Poor communications during the hiring process, salaries can be a little low early in your career. CSC website is difficult to navigate and the resources available are overwhelmed by too much clutter and unclear descriptions of the links.
