steady income they will hire almost anyone practically impossible to get fired

Cons

no real chance of promotion they will hire almost anyone nobody cares,including the management

Pros

Environment is good and most managers are not overbearing. New equipment and clean environment, as compared to other companies. Benefits are pretty good

Cons

Starting salaries are not competitive. This site is lowball central. I work in Bossier and have witnessed and experienced some strange practices. Some things like acquisition of equipment and supplies takes forever. Transitioning to positions internally looks can be challenging, though qualified. CSC has a partnership with LA Tech and they have a leg up. Employees discounts are a joke.

Great training atmosphere. Throw you right in the technical side to get you trained faster.

Cons

Not very much room for advancement. Hours suck too.
