Management doesn't care , any conflicts with management and yourself results to you having a meeting with hr Was yelled at by my manager for calling in sick when I had to go to the hospital and was off for multiple days The more competent and self sufficent you are, gets you rewarded with off hour shifts , because there is no one to ask for any help ,management is not there off hours Sometimes there is no working washroom off hours To many cons to list , can't think of many pros Had an anxiety attack and instead of my employer helping , they told me I had to pay back all the money from std The insurance company that offered benefits suggested I quit

-inexperienced and self-centered (American type) of management; -it's nearly impossible to get vacation, you are seen as an indentured servant; -"you should be glad you have a job" attitude; -no trainings, no career path - no matter what performance you have, if you get hired you're going to get stuck at the same position unless you leave and go to a more open company.
