Pros

Value consultants and corporate employees equally, generous compensation, honor employees who are simultaneously currently serving in the U.S. Military, opportunities for growth.

Cons

No company-wide conferences that would allow consultants to interface and interact with Corporate more and increase sense of company cohesiveness and inclusion that can be lost in companies with both consultants and corporate employees. To be fair, this could be due to the pandemic, and as I came onboard at the start of it, I’m not sure if the company hosted such events in the past.

Pros

If you are highly motivated, hard-working, client-centric, and passionate about developing innovative solutions, CSCI is a great organization. I have worked with many companies over the years and appreciate the solid positive culture at CSCI. CSCI cultivates a sense of inclusion due to the level of engagement from leadership and not being viewed as just a billable resource. I recommend anyone looking to thrive in a smaller boutique firm to consider joining the CSCI Family!

Compensation can be high, quality co-workers. Friendly HR staff. Approachable senior management. Situational telework is often allowed. Work/Life balance high.

Cons

Insurance rates are high, likely due to small company. Some managers tend to compartmentalize work and play favorites.
