Constant restructuring and layoffs seem to happen almost monthly Won’t give raises but will let people leave and then replace them with new hires at much higher salaries Constant push to work harder and do more with less while bonuses and raises are very low. Merit and bonus process is unfair to those who work very hard. With so much change communication between departments has gotten bad and this causes issues that could be prevented Morale is low with constant layoffs

Everyone is taking time off. Lots of it, and getting paid. Nothing is competitive on the Forte side. Research what they have for processing. It’s out dated and hasn’t been developed enough to keep up. It would take an army to fix it. Using new customers as blind betta tests is not a good option.
