Pros

Work from home for most US roles and open vacation.

Cons

They've consistently practiced layoffs for decades-not just with the current climate. Layoffs and promotions are also heavily based on relationships. Respectively disagreeing or creating new business growth ideas are not valued unless it comes from a select group too.
