The senior software developers here are really nice. The summer outing is really fun. The MSDN subscription is nice. FREE POPCORN <3

Cons

My boss/ scrum master had no idea how to be a servant leader. He never took the time understand any of any of the issues I faced. The team I was on was in complete chaos all the time. Promotions seemed to be based on friendships. If I stayed here I would have been a level 1 developer for 10 years. It is definitely the type of place you have to leave and then come back to get a raise.
