R&D is 'The Best' part of CSG to work with

The are lot of points where this organisation have evolved in past 5 years, they have set really good standards and still thrive to improve on them. 1. Compensation is good, they don't have any variable as its a product based organisation. 2. IT Equipments are best in class be it laptops, monitors, docking stations etc. You really feel like to work with such setups. Even IT help desk team is quite helpful to resolve issue quickly. 3. You have great learning curve, will be working on latest tech stack on daily basis. They provide unlimited access of Udemy and LinkedIn learning platform for all employees from day 1. 4. People encourage helping nature, they guide you when you seek for it. Haven't seen any arrogance or ignorance. Even that will be expected from you when others in need 5. Not only your managers give feedback but each member of team provides feedback for you. This makes things more reliable rather then one person being god father. 6. Organisation really cares for employees, Work Life Balance is taken seriously into consideration. Again it depends on which department you have joined, in R&D you will have balance. That doesn't mean there won't be any work!! 7. Management is easily reachable, and they do listen if you have something really serious concerns 8. Organisation regularly takes feedback survey from employees to know what they have in their minds and work on it. You won't regret joining here....
Cons
Awards and recognition is point for improvement, more variety of categories should be included. Though there is work around going on around this..waiting for it to see
