legacy softwares which can't be replaced Manual repetitive tasks which is easy to do

Cons

Bad management, only HR gets promoted each year and not IC's who actually work hard to hold things together No personal growth of any kind. Not supportive of individual skill or career growth Too many manual things also causes mistakes which could get you sacked
