Very stable company with long-term, sizeable contracts. Great benefits package, including unlimited/flexible vacation, work-location flexibility, strong health care packages.

Cons

It was become a very boring company to work for. Granted COVID hasn't been helpful, but even before the pandemic company outings had become scarce. Now the offices are practically empty. There are no fun little perks like many tech companies have these days, and I rarely see my team anymore. We just get our work done and move on with our lives.
