Pros

Used to be a fun place to work where people were laid back, we got our work done and good culture.

Cons

Hired and replaced managers and key positions with former ConAgra employees who ruined the culture. Made processes harder and took the fun out of everything for the goal of trying to hit higher earnings that did not reward our efforts.
