Sometimes breaks are pushed off till they need to give you one at the 4 hour mark if you are working nights

No degree necessary. All training is done on the job. Employees get higher donor fees.

Cons

Disorganized and unprofessional. Employees regularly call in or don't show up for scheduled shifts, leaving others to pick up the slack, and according the upper management, the company doesn't allow for additional compensation or rewards for employees that are forced to work longer hours and harder, while not penalizing the staff that don't come in.
