Pros
Great to meet new people, eventually feels like a second family. Some management is better understanding then most.
Cons
The long work hours suck, 6am-8pm and those are the company hours, doesn't mean 8pm is the time we get out. We stay til last donor leaves the building. We have no life outside of this job. Especially for parents that don't even get to see there kids for bed time or after school to help with homework. Employees who been there longer have there set schedule so they don't open or close they have 8-4 or 9-6 must be nice . Management is some what unprofessional due to talking or making fun of other employees like no one's around to hear them conversate. Too may woman work her need more men around to balance all the emotions and crazy
