Nice team and friendly people. Job security so long as you show up and do your work. No workplace drama usually.

Cons

Hectic, and disorganized. Poor communication. No written SOPs for operators. Too many chiefs. Filthy environment

Plenty of opportunity for overtime. Decent benefits. Protected by Union after 65 days.

Cons

Management is clueless. Doesn't matter that the machine was down causing production numbers to be low, you're still expected to produce the same amount of parts. Not sure they know how to maintain equipment. Place is a revolving door. No support.
