Corporate is a joke, they think they know everything and they don't. Senior IT Management is a joke, They put a regional manager in to help but that was a joke, There systems sucks, there infrastructure is the worst. Plant Management backs local guys but ges overuled and blocked by corporate.

It's a factory. It's all about counting beans without regard for employee health, or well-being. Turnover is high for obvious reasons.
