      Pros

      Great location, some great people to work with. FAA work can be interesting. Company was well positioned and teams work very hard every day for their customers.

      Cons

      Revolving door with many employees leaving at all levels, including top, a clear sign of instability. Business seems to run on if you are likes rather than what you can do for the company and customer. Agree with some other comments made here on HR, they seem to want to run the company. Many contracts could come to an end soon.

      Pros

      * Bright, well-educated co-workers. * Convenient, downtown location.

      Cons

      * A lot of coasting on current abilities. * Gov't contracting just doesn't sit well with me. FAA clients were not equipped to adequately oversee and direct work. * Once submitted, work entered the FAA black hole and never again would see the light of day, much less have an impact on FAA policy.
