      I would not recommend CSSI to anyone

      Pros

      CSSI had a great office culture, work-life balance and actively worked to ensure employees were happy, well-trained and part of an environment that fostered productivity. This pretty much disappeared after several rounds of lay-offs and shake-ups in senior management.

      Cons

      Zero room for personal and professional growth and the revolving door of senior managers and executives meant constantly changing environments and procedures.

      Benefits are good for the employees

      Cons

      Leadership is struggling to gain footage. Too many in overhead who don't want to work makes it hard to get a job done. They will get rid of the ones working hard to keep the overhead that does nothing but walk around and pretend to know everything.

      Pros

      Great location, some great people to work with. FAA work can be interesting. Company was well positioned and teams work very hard every day for their customers.

      Cons

      Revolving door with many employees leaving at all levels, including top, a clear sign of instability. Business seems to run on if you are likes rather than what you can do for the company and customer. Agree with some other comments made here on HR, they seem to want to run the company. Many contracts could come to an end soon.
