      Non-demanding publication quota for tenure if you can find the time or motivation to do any. Weather.

      Heavy 4/4 teaching load. Many demanding students who need their hands held and blame their teacher for everything. Teaching was often just going through the motions. Management who offer little support and only care about student evaluations rather than teaching quality No time for any substantial research.
