Network is good, a lot of team projects, various student clubs, nice professors, good business program, good students, high-techonology environment

Cons

a little of cafeteria, food is not various, parking is not good (especially during the morning, have to avoid busy time)

Pros

Enjoy working with students. Have to take locals who are not motivated but several of the students from outside the geographical "must take" them are seeking education, not just a place to be for 4 years. Those are a joy.

Cons

Big bureaucracy, Heavy with support staff that make it difficult to get much support. "Smart" classrooms that are not "smart", but somewhat automated.

There are many different employment opportunities for college students, graduates, non-graduates etc... admin positions, employees of tsu, bookstore, professors etc. Known and reputable university.

Cons

Sometimes may have to park far from work site as it is on the campus and there are only parking lots around the university.
