Considering its relative quality, Cal State Fullerton is a bargain, compared to many other colleges. It has some outstanding programs: music, dance, communication, accounting, psychology, and history.

Cons

The pay is relatively low, even with lots of experience and a PhD. Even tenured or tenure-track faculty make a lot less than professors in the UC system, at USC, etc. do.

They were very flexible with my schedule and they didn't mind if I did homework if there wasn't any paperwork to file.

Cons

A couple of the Administration ladies I worked with could be grouchy, but there weren't any cons to this job.
