      Stepping stone to better opportunities. Benefits are great Tuition fee waiver No need to take work home Opportunities to learn new skills, learn what you can and run

      Cons

      Pay is very low Stingy management, union has to fight for paltry increases Overemphasis on union but the union is not very strong Management is unstable, lots of interim and many unfilled positions Too many students and not enough staff Traffic and parking is a nightmare Longterm employment here can be career suicide

      Pros

      I work as a student assistant so it is great due to it always being so close to me after classes. I am also able to get 20 hours a week and able to take some days off if I needed to study

      The wage here is minimum but other than that it is okay.
